Privacy. Your gender identity, previous name or transgender identity is confidential unless you choose to share it.
No assumptions. Don't assume someone's pronouns based on appearance.
Support. We have processes and people to help you through name changes and updates.
Legal protection. Under the Gender Recognition Act 2004, sharing someone's previous name or trans status without consent is unlawful.
