Looking after our customers is super important, but don’t forget you can’t really be there for them unless you’re taking care of your own physical and mental health too. Self-care is like the secret sauce for building strong relationships and keeping up the energy to support those around you.
Here at Octopus, we’re all about creating a space where everyone feels genuinely supported and encouraged. We’re working hard to break down the stigma around mental health, make physical activities fun and engaging, discover fresh ways to help you reconnect with yourself, ease the stress of daily life, and grow a workplace vibe filled with kindness, understanding, and team spirit.
We want you to feel totally comfortable opening up about your personal situations to any Team Leader or Manager here. They’re ready to listen, offer advice, and share resources to help you tackle whatever might be on your mind.

Yoga: Yoga is run every Monday at 5:45 PM and every Thursday at 5:45 PM. The sessions run online via Zoom.
